We began in 2003 as an initiative under Stop Tobacco on My People (STOMP), and in 2009 we moved to the Media Literacy Project.

If you are interested in participating in our Last Drag tobacco cessation class starting in July 2010, please contact Christie at 505-828-3266 or

In April 2010, the New Mexico Department of Health released the report New Mexico’s Progress in Collecting Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Health Data and Its Implications for Addressing Health Disparities.

Fierce Pride will use this report to determine our organizational priorities for the coming years.

The Fierce Pride website is currently under construction.
